He gets a call from Mrs. Medina, his neighbor. She is looking for her daughter Chichi. The man tells her that he has not seen her all day. But this is really a lie because off to the side, there is Chichi tied standing up with a ball gag in her mouth. She is wearing only a pair of panties. After the man hangs up, he reties Chichi in a strict ball tie. He also re-gags her by stuffing and taping her mouth. He leaves her struggling bound and gagged. He reminds her that he warned her about what would happen to her if he caught her snooping in his garage again.
