Failed Protective Custody

Officer Katy Cee is in charge of protecting the witness. Not only did she not protect the witness, she ended hogtied with stockings and tape gagged. While struggling on the floor, Katy is looking helplessly how Ariel Anderson is taking her tied up and gagged witness out of the house.
