Rachel Adams & Tina Lee Comet – Avoiding A Bidding War

Rachel and Tina both want to put an offer on the same house and Rachel is prepared to go into a bidding war for it. Tina, unfortunately, doesn’t have a hubby’s money to spend but does figure out a way to make it so Rachel can’t put in a bid at all.
