First, she is hung with arms overhead from the ceiling with her toes just barely touching the ground.  She mumbles through her tight handkerchief cleave gag and attempts to struggle while the camera studies her gleaming, muscular body — especially her taut arms and exposed armpits (first 10 minutes).
