After a long day, a secretary decides to treat herself to a well-deserved break, but it turns out to be short-lived.

No sooner has she sat down on the breakroom sofa than a masked man bursts in. Anxious to avoid trouble, she chooses to cooperate; she even offers to let herself be tied up and gagged so he can carry out his business undisturbed. It is a tempting offer.

She is quickly bound with adhesive tape: her hands, feet, and legs are securely restrained. She tries to pry information out of him by asking questions, but the man remains silent. To silence her, he tapes her mouth shut—”MMmmhhhffffffppphh”—then vanishes as quickly as he appeared, leaving her wondering what he was after. She struggles to free herself, but to no avail.

When she fails to return, her boss goes looking for her and discovers her in the breakroom, tied up and gagged. Bewildered by the situation, he approaches the moaning woman. He peels the tape from her mouth; she immediately apologizes for having been subdued by a masked man who had, in all likelihood, come to steal confidential files. Furious, the boss refuses to let the matter drop and decides to punish her.

Now naked—wearing only her stockings and high heels—the secretary is bound even more tightly than before with the same adhesive tape. She struggles to break free, unable to believe what is happening to her. Her protests eventually irritate the boss; he returns to stuff a thick piece of cloth into her mouth and tape it shut—”AarrmrmmmMMMMhhh-ppPPHHHFFFFmmmm!!!!”. Naturally, he takes the opportunity to caress his secretary’s magnificent, ample bosom. How could one resist such a temptation? She is then hogtied before they leave, abandoning her right there—punished, bound, and gagged.
