Scarlett Foxett & Temptress Kate – Superfan
Scarlett plays Honey, script writer who works on erotic fiction in this film. We begin with her coming home to find a man “coincidentally” walking past just as she arrives. She’s sure she’s seen his face before, this disconcerting fan. What is he doing on her driveway? Honey tries to fob him off with lies, she’s just visiting her step-sister. He stands far too close to her, as such fans always seem to do. Comes in for an unwelcome hug, says goodbye… but just hangs around.
Then the stalking starts. She feels eyes on her even when she’s alone in the house. Out of the corner of her eye she keeps seeing movement in the bushes, or the glint of light on a long lens. She’s too distracted to write or get much of anything done. How can this fan be stopping her writing the thing he is so keen to get his hands on- the next episode of the story? She opens the curtains and she’s sure he’s there. The doorbell rings and no-one’s there – but some camera has got a great shot of her in her satin nightie. The last straw – she opens her laptop and the camera comes on. He’s hacked into her wifi and is spying on her through her own devices! Scarlett phones her friend Jenny, who is no help at all – she says Honey should just give him a good pervy webcam show and be done with it!
A parcel drops through the letterbox. She opens it – of COURSE it is sexy lingerie. She looks up and sees him leering in through the window, and screams! For once, he takes the hint and runs away.
But he’s not got for long. The next day she comes home and finds he has broken in to the house, left her with a trail of roses and candles to the bedroom mirror where he has written a message for her in her own lipstick… it all goes black.
She finds herself in a cold stone dungeon cell, surrounded by cameras recording her every move. What is happening to her? What is this nightmare? Screens flicker into life, a beam of light projects through a window in the cell. Now she is surrounded by images of herself reflected over and over like a hall of mirrors, cameras feeding into screens to bring her face to face with her own panic and terror. She is naked, on her knees, bound and gagged and her mouth is filled with a huge red ballgag. As she starts to drool uncontrollably she sees a shape in the darkness outside the cell – it’s the superfan! He has her confined within the nightmarish panopticon, watching her from every angle all the time with no escape!
